The syllabus shown was assembled by Greg Allen to match the C.L.O.’s of the college & Skilled Trades Ontario. The delivery does appear to align with the C.L.O’s for the most part. Deviations do occur in several areas as the syllabus attempts to close any gaps caused by either errors or omissions in one course outline or the other. The seemingly short time allotted for some areas however, cannot be bridged by adjusting the syllabus unless items are removed from the outline.

While the C.L.O.’s on the course outline are heavy, they can (and are) broken down more at the lesson deliveries. I would also be interested in the reasoning for the grading distribution. In my opinion, written testing should carry less weight than at present. That is subjective however and may not be an issue for others.
